Promotional postcard of The Follies, a pierrot troupe founded in 1895 by H G Pelissier, also the main performer and director. After Pelissiers early death in 1913, the troupe still toured under the direction of another troupe member Dan Everard. This postcard was promoting the troupes one-week residency at The Opera House in Northampton from 1st May 1916. Date: 1916
